Adele van Deventer
Salomé le Roux: “Adele, Amé and Chanté – wow, what incredible people.
Assisting people that you know personally in litigation poses many challenges. With the Van Deventers, however, it was a huge honour to act on their behalf. Any attorney’s job is made easy if the client completely trusts your advice. Being open and honest with the clients at all times, keeping them informed and involved and walking the road with them with compassion and integrity make the mountain called litigation an even stretch of road.
I accepted the motto “under-promise and over-deliver” years ago and made it my own. I try never to build expectations that cannot reasonably be met, and, most of all, I strive to turn over every rock to ensure that the correct result follows.
Girls, thank you for choosing Salomé le Roux Attorneys as your litigation team. Even though the outcome of this matter was positive, and you got what you deserved from the process, I know that nothing can ever replace what you lost. All the best for the rest of your lives and may you be blessed in abundance.

Pretty Vilakazi
In 2007 Pretty Vilakazi’s premature baby was kept in an incubator. Sadly, the nurse who inserted the drip allegedly forgot to remove a band that was tied to Baby Vilakazi’s right thigh. When Pretty discovered the band her baby’s leg was swollen. Pretty was told that there was no other option but to amputate her leg. Luckily with the help from The Sowetan Newspaper baby Vilakazi’s leg was not amputated. Although her leg was saved the injuries caused permanent disabilities to her leg. Salomé le Roux Attorneys sued the hospital for medical negligence with great success.
Diana Motileng
